Regardless of lifestyle needs, The Madison consistently provides affordable, professional care in a cheerful, homelike environment. We are a perfect blend of autonomy and community. While promoting independence privacy and respect, it’s comforting to know that The Madison is there to provide all the assistance residents may need while maintaining a relaxed and friendly environment. You can choose to do as little or as much as you wish. Our residents find it’s quite refreshing to connect with neighbors who have similar experiences such as The Great Depression, world wars, moonwalks and grandchildren.

The Cottages
offer two bedroom floor plans, and The Commons offers private studio apartments.  Both provide comfort, security and the freedom of maintenance-free living. They are designed for individuals who are self-sufficient or those who need light assistance. And when you’re in the mood to enjoy socializing, the private clubhouse serves as a community center for meals and various social events. Residents can host card games and social activities in their own home or make use of the clubhouse’s lounges and multi-purpose rooms for large events. There’s always lots to do and plenty of good neighbors to share things with at The Cottages and The Commons.

ASSISTED LIVING OPTIONS

Our attractive, private apartments provide personal space, while a full calendar of enjoyable programs and activities deliver countless opportunities for personal growth and new friendships. We provide all the assistance residents need, when they need it, and get out of their way when they don’t. Nurses and resident assistants are on duty 24-hours a day to provide health care and personal assistance with such things as bathing, dressing and medication administration. For a detailed list, see our Services page.

SPECIALIZED CATERED CARE OPTIONS

We are able to support those requiring a higher level of attention such as eating difficulties, behavioral issues (forgetfulness, confusion and short term memory loss), suffering from Parkinson’s or related diseases. We’re experienced in balancing the desire to live independently with the heightened requirements for personal safety.

We actively encourage our residents to take full advantage of planned activities, which are purposefully brief to accommodate short attention spans. Our exercise programs are designed to alleviate restlessness and also provide frequent opportunities for reminiscing, which is quite restorative for individuals with a variety of impairments.
